Treatment of pituitary adenoma with spontaneous cerebrospinal rhinorrhea using nasoseptal flap, two case reports

Abstract: Background: Postoperative cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leakages are well documented, but pituitary adenoma with spontaneous CSF rhinorrhea as the initial symptoms are extremely rare.
