Treatment of syndactylia of the hand

Abstract: The comparative analysis of the treatment results of congenital syndactylia of the hand in children by traditional method (33) and using preliminary distraction (32) is performed. The significan difference in results of these two methods is not revealed: good and satisfactory results in distraction are obtained in 48% of patients, in traditional method in 41% of the patients.
