Treatment of the Complete Edentulous Atrophic Maxilla: The Tall Tilted Pin Hole Placement Immediate Loading (TTPHIL)-ALL TILT™ Implant Option

Abstract: Aim:A severely atrophied maxilla presents serious limitations for conventional implant placement and the reconstruction of which requires extensive surgical treatments.
