Abstract:The aim of the research. To develop an algorithm for the two-stage treatment of patients with tumors pancreatoduodenal zone complicated by obstructive jaundice using biliary decompression techniques at the first stage and conducting pancreatoduodenal resection at the second stage of treatment.
