Treatment options for acute sinusitis in children

Abstract: Much controversy exists regarding the best diagnostic method for acute sinusitis, the efficacy of antibiotics, the best choice of antibiotics, the most appropriate duration of therapy, and the efficacy of ancillary measures and nasal corticosteroids.
