Treatment Practices, Outcomes, and Costs of Multidrug-Resistant and Extensively Drug-Resistant Tuberculosis, United States, 2005–2007

Abstract: Drug resistance was extensive and care was complex; nevertheless, high rates of treatment completion were achieved albeit at considerable cost.
