Abstract: Introduction: The prognosis of classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) is generally inferior in elderly patients (pts) than in younger pts. Tolerance of conventional therapy decreases in elderly pts, and in addition, treatment-related toxicities and death are more common.
