Abstract:Osteosarcoma of jaw is a rare malignant neoplasm of the maxillofacial region. Morphologically and radiologically identical to trunk and extremities sarcomas, but clinical features and prognosis of the disease have important differences. The strategy in treatment of gnathic sarcomas extrapolated from peripheral sarcomas, and represents an integrated multidisciplinary approach.
