Trends and inequalities in unplanned pregnancy in three population-based birth cohorts in Pelotas, Brazil

Abstract: Objectives To assess time trends in unplanned pregnancy, stratified by sociodemographic status, reproductive history, and inequalities in family income and women's skin color, in Pelotas, Brazil.
