Trends and Prospects for legislative regulation of legal responsibility for environmental offenses in BriCs Countries: Comparative law

Abstract: This article provides a comparative analysis of the features of the national legislation of the BRICS countries that regulates the issues of legal responsibility for environmental offenses.
