tRFTar: predicting the targets of tRNA-derived fragments

Abstract: Background: tRNA-derived fragments (tRFs) are 14–40-nucleotide-long, small non-coding RNAs derived from specific tRNA cleavage events with key regulatory functions in many biological processes.
