Abstract: Background:Cognitive deficits and behavioral disorders such as anxiety and depression are common manifestations of Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Our previous work demonstrated that Trichostatin A (TSA) could alleviate neuroinflammatory plaques and improve cognitive disorders.
