Tri̇i̇yodoani̇li̇n’i̇n Sentezlenmesi̇, Nanosüspansi̇yonlarinin Hazirlanmasi, i̇n Vi̇tro Karakteri̇zasyonu Ve Radyokontrast Özelli̇kleri̇ni̇n İncelenmesi̇

Abstract: Amaç: Suda çözünürlüğü bulunmayan iyot bazlı triiyodoanilin (TIA) radyokontrast bileşiğinin sentezini ve nanosüspansiyonunu yapmak, karakterizasyonlarını gerçekleştirmek ve Bilgisayarlı Tomografi (BT) görüntülemede sıklıkla kullanılan iopromid ve ioheksol ile kıyaslamak. Gereç ve Yöntem: TIA sentezi ultrasonik ses dalgaları kullanılarak ve nanokristaller ise sentezlenen bu maddeden hareketle nanopresipitasyon yöntemi ile elde edilmiştir.
