TRPM8 channels do not regulate endothelium-dependent and -independent vascular reactivity in mice

Abstract: Foremost among the ion channels that control vascular tone is the transient receptor potential (TRP) cation channels. The TRPM subfamily of the TRP channels includes eight members, expressed in various excitable and non-excitable cells and involved in diverse functions, such as sensing membrane potential, cold, taste, redox, osmolarity, and cell survival.
