Abstract:Tsukushi (TSK) proteoglycan dysfunction leads to hydrocephalus, a condition defined by excessive fluid collection in the ventricles and lateral ventricular enlargement. TSK injections into the LV at birth are effective at rescuing the lateral ventricle (LV).
