Tuberculosis and Melioidosis at Distinct Sites Occurring Simultaneously

Abstract: Rationale. Both tuberculosis and melioidosis are commonly encountered infectious diseases in South East Asia. However, these conditions occur commonly in isolation, cases of coinfection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Burkholderia pseudomallei are rare.
