Abstract: Pancoast tumors represent a rare presentation of lung cancer. Their particular location delays diagnosis and makes resection difficult. Nevertheless recent advances in surgical techniques and multi-modality therapy (chemo-radiation followed by surgery) had increased resection rates and achieved long term survival.
