Abstract:Chemotherapy is a cornerstone of breast cancer treatment, but its effectiveness is limited by nonspecific targeting and high toxicity. In this study, hyaluronic acid (HA)-modified polymers were designed and synthesized, which could respond to glutathione (GSH) and reactive oxygen species (ROS).
