Tumor-Site Chemotherapy Concentration Predicts Response To Treatment In Patients With Colorectal Liver Metastasis: A New Paradigm For Individualized Cancer Care

Abstract: observation, 89% believe it is still possible to treat effectively if the CRLM grows on surveillance imaging. Conclusion: While surgical management of dCRLM varies widely, nearly all surgeons use intraoperative ultrasound and mandate recent preoperative imaging. Interestingly, nearly half of the respondents elect for observation with the belief that there remains an opportunity to re-address these lesions in the future.
