Abstract:Tumor-to-tumor metastasis is a rare phenomenon in which primary tumor cells metastasize to other tumors. Herein, we report an extremely rare case of tumor-to-tumor metastasis of medullary thyroid carcinoma to a paraganglioma in a patient with multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2B.
