Tumores colorretais hereditários

Abstract: Cerca de 4% a 15% dos tumores colorretais são hereditários e divididos em dois grupos: polipose adenomatosa familiar (FAP) e câncer colorretal hereditário sem polipose (HNPCC). Ambas são doenças autossômicas dominantes, com transmissão vertical, geração após geração, sem preferência por sexo.
