RESUMENLos tumores con diferenciación sebácea son un grupo de neoformaciones anexiales poco frecuentes. Suelen manifestarse en adultos mayores, comprometiendo cabeza y cuello. Actualmente, se les clasifica en tres grandes grupos: adenoma sebáceo, sebaceoma y carcinoma sebáceo. En este artículo se comunican tres casos de pacientes con tumores de estirpe sebácea que se presentaron a diferentes edades de la vida.
