Tumour, Torsion or Trauma?

Abstract: The acute scrotum is a common surgical emergency. Laboratory and radiological investigations are key adjuncts to diagnosis but may occasionally mislead. The condition remains a diagnostic challenge for clinicians and fertile ground for litigation.
