Abstract:The development of hexaferrite nanoparticles is scrutinized as potential sorbents for the removal of chromium (Cr) ions from aqueous chromium-containing solutions in a batch adsorption experiment. The transition metal Co doped BaFe12O19 hexaferrite compounds (BHF) have been synthesized successfully via citrate auto combustion technique. Structural, morphological, and magnetic properties are testified. X-ray diffraction pattern ratifies the existence of hexagonal phase as a main phase for the prepared samples. … Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
