ÖzSağlık turizmi, küresel düzeyde gelişen ve ülke ekonomileri açısından stratejik bir sektör haline gelmekte olan bir alandır ve bu yönüyle sağlık turizmi ekonominin itici motoru olarak kabul edilmektedir Bu çalışmada Türkiye'nin ülke bazında ve sağlık turizmi destinasyonu olarak tercih edilmesinde etkili olan faktörler belirlenerek, Türkiye'deki mevcut durumun ortaya konulması amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amaçla tercih edilen Medikal Turizm Endeksi, 4 boyuttan oluşmaktadır ve bu dört boyutla sağlık turizm destinasyon tercihleri açıklanmaktadır. Farklı ülkelerden Türkiye'yi sağlık turizmi için tercih eden 42 katılımcıyla mülakatlar yapılmıştır. Yapılan içerik analizi sonucunda temalar (itici ve çekici faktörler) ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Yapılan uygulama sonucunda, Türkiye'yi sağlık turizmi amacıyla tercih eden hastaların sırasıyla; sağlık tesis ve hizmetleriyle ilgili faktörler, Türkiye'nin turizm destinasyonu olması, Türkiye'deki sağlık maliyetlerinin uygun olması ve çevresel faktörlerden etkilendiği görülmektedir. Bu bulgular ışığında öncelikle sağlık tesislerimizin ve uzman doktorlarımızın kalitesinin ön plana çıkarılması ve tanıtılması; Türkiye'nin turizm potansiyelinin sağlık turizmine imkân vereceğinin vurgulanması, daha sonra uygun fiyat ve çevresel faktörler üzerinde durulması önerilebilir.

The rising of digital currencies and the technology behind them, "blockchain," draws much attention in many areas. According to the 2021 report of BIS, 86% of the participant central banks are actively researching the potential in this technology. This study attempts to shed light on possible expansion in monetary policy tools by the issuance of CBDC. Thus, it suggests a partial substitution of paper currency. Four design principles have been stated and discussed for a monetary system that includes CBDC and possible solutions regarding the digital bank run.

Today, with changes and developments in technology, there are changes in concepts, uses, and even in daily life, and it is seen that this situation permeates all areas of life. In this context, many new types of technology have emerged. Blockchain is one of these technologies and is one of the applications in the tourism sector in human life. Therefore, it is necessary to examine this phenomenon by focusing on the studies carried out to perceive the possible results of both software and hardware applications realized with technologies developed on blockchain, and to understand the opportunities that may arise in the tourism sector. Accordingly, in this study, particularly studies on the areas where tourism and blockchain intersect are examined and a conceptual analysis is conducted on these topics by determining the topics of blockchain use in Europe and the USA from the perspective of basic accommodation services, tourist data, medical tourism, and global application areas. Based on this academic framework, an application suggestion for Türkiye is also provided.
