Abstract: Bu araştırmanın amacı, eğitim bilimleri anabilim dalı, temel eğitim ana bilim dalı ve eğitim yönetimi bilim dallarında “öğretmenlerin mesleki mutlukları, iş mutlulukları, iş yeri mutlulukları, okul mutlulukları ve örgütsel mutlulukları” konulu lisansüstü tezlerin analizini yapmak ve söz konusu tezleri metodolojik açıdan incelemektir.
