Türkiye İçin Sabit ve Zaman Değişken Katsayılı Ampirik Mali Kural Tahminleri

Abstract: Bu çalışmada sık hükümet değişikliklerinin, ekonomik şokların ve krizlerin yaşandığı 1987-2007 döneminde Türkiye'de maliye politikası ampirik mali kurallar tahmin edilerek incelenmektedir. Hem sabit hem de zaman değişken katsayılı modeller kullanılmaktadır.
