The aim of this research is to comparatively analyze the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the liquidity and financial failure risk of the land, sea and airline passenger transportation sectors in Turkey. For this purpose, the liquidity risks of Other Passenger Land Transportation, Sea and Coastal Passenger Water Transportation and Air and Passenger Transportation sectors for the years 2019-2020 on the company accounts published by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey; nine financial ratios were calculated and financial failure risks were analyzed using Altman Z, Altman Z', Altman Z", Fulmer H and Ohlson models. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the liquidity and financial failure risks of all the sectors examined were high. However, it has been determined that the liquidity and financial failure risks of the airline passenger transportation sector have increased significantly compared to the period before the Covid-19 epidemic, and the sector most negatively affected by the Covid-19 epidemic is the Airline and Passenger Transportation sector.
