“…The reports of decreased libido and of erectile dysfunction experienced by men treated with tamoxifen are interesting. It has been proposed that male sexual dysfunction with tamoxifen use is caused by decreased serum testosterone levels 25 . Future prospective studies evaluating the sexual dysfunction experienced by men taking endocrine therapy for breast cancer are needed.…”
