Abstract:The article presents a description of two own observations of the development of acute urate nephropathy in women with asymptomatic hyperuricemia. Clinical data and the results of additional laboratory and instrumental studies are presented; in one of the observations, the morphological picture of intravital biopsy material against the background of prolonged use of diuretics is described.
