Two Cases of Breast Reconstruction with a Limberg Flap

Abstract: We present two cases of Limberg flap reconstruction after mastectomy. Case 1: A 70-year-old woman had a breast cancer in the upper half of the right breast measuring 6 cm in diameter, with skin invasion. Preoperatively, she received four courses of chemotherapy with epirubicin and cyclophosphamide. She then underwent an Auchincloss operation followed by Limberg flap reconstruction.
