Abstract: Gastrointestinal stromal tumour (GIST) is the most common mesenchymal neoplasm of the gastrointestinal tract. Common presentations of GIST include early satiety, indigestion, bloating, vague abdominal pain, and gastrointestinal bleeding. Intraperitoneal rupture is an uncommon presentation of GIST.
