Atypical variants of MF include folliculotropic mycosis fungoides, pagetoid reticulosis, and granulomatous slack skin (GSS). 1 Additionally, various clinical variants of MF have been observed. Here, we describe a case of hypopigmented mycosis fungoides (HMF) with granulomatous slack skin in a patient.A 30-year-old male presented to the hospital with a 6-year history of multiple hypopigmented patches all over his body.
