Two-dimensional analytical model for five-phase fault-tolerant permanent-magnet vernier machines

Abstract: Purpose This study aims to extract an analytical model for five-phase fault-tolerant permanent-magnet vernier machines (FTPMVMs) based on the analytical solution of Maxwell’s equations, which has some advantages than the finite element model.
