“…The transmission channel can be estimated with the radar under test (RuT). So far, approaches were presented where the number of RTS frontends is the same as the number of radar channels [5] or derived with the assumption of a uniform array with a Bartlett beamformer, for 1D-DoA [6] and 2D-DoA [7] simulation. In this article a general model and simulation scheme for the concept of coherent DoA simulation with arbitrary radar array configurations and beamformers is derived, in order to overcome the constraints imposed by previous publications.…”
