Two Polo-like kinase 4 binding domains in Asterless perform distinct roles in regulating kinase stability

Abstract: The Asterless N terminus promotes Plk4 homodimerization and autophosphorylation during interphase, whereas its C terminus stabilizes Plk4 during mitosis.
