Abstract: Nanovaccines have emerged as promising alternatives or complements to conventional cancer treatments. Despite the progresses, specific co‐delivery of antigen and adjuvant to their corresponding intracellular destinations for maximizing the activation of antitumor immune responses remains a challenge.
