Abstract

Required parameters for a given drug are the following: • Concentration • IC50 on IKr (coordinate x) • IC50 on ICaL (coordinate y) • IC50 on IKs (coordinate z) • IC50 on INaL (coordinate z') First, calculate x, y, z and z' as written in the Description section, rounding to the first decimal. Use-3 when drug-channel interaction does not exist or is unlikely to happen. Resulting Coordinates can be outside the ranges that were provided. In that case, use the nearest value in the range (either maximum or minimum).
