Abstract: (1) To compare graft take up of type-1 tympanoplasty with cartilage palisade technique with those of type-1 tympanoplasty using autotemporalis fascia. (2) To compare hearing results of type 1 tympanoplasty with cartilage palisade technique with those of type-1 tympanoplasty using autotemporalis fascia. A prospective clinical study.
