Type 17 specific immune pathways are active in early spondyloarthritis

Abstract: Background Undifferentiated, early inflammatory arthritis (EIA) can differentiate into seropositive or seronegative rheumatoid arthritis (RA), peripheral spondyloarthritis (SpA) or other seronegative non-SpA inflammatory arthritides.
