Type III Mirizzi, successfully treated with a free gallbladder flap, a case report

Abstract: Highlights Mirizzi Syndrome is a well-recognized syndrome that highlights the infrequent presentations of advanced gallstone disease. Mirizzi Syndrome is a rare syndrome that can lead to anatomical disturbances and surgical difficulties. High clinical awareness, an emphasis on the preoperative diagnosis, and safe surgical techniques are vital.
