Abstract:This case report describes a patient with a large type IV hiatal hernia (HH), notable for exhibiting minimal symptoms, unlike typical cases of similar severity. The patient experienced only mild discomfort despite significant anatomical displacement, without severe symptoms often seen with such hernias.
