UBA1 inhibition contributes radiosensitization of glioblastoma cells via blocking DNA damage repair

Abstract: Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is a brain tumor with high mortality and recurrence rate. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy after surgery are the main treatment options available for GBM.
