Über eine Glimmer‐Form des Siliciumoxyhydrids [HSiO1,5]x

Abstract: Bei der Hydrolyse des Trichlorsilans HSiCl3 in verdünnter ätherischer Lösung mit einer nach der Bruttogleichung berechneten Menge Wasser entsteht eine klare Reaktionslösung, aus der sich bei starkem Einengen hochmolekulares Siliciumoxyhydrid [HSiO1,5]x in Form farbloser, glimmerartiger Blättchen ausscheidet Eigenschaften, Struktur, thermischer Abbau und Bildungsmechanismus dieser Form werden erörtert.
