This study was based on the problem found in elementary school students mathematical understanding that students still have difficulty understanding the concept of division material due to the lack of teachers in teaching the basic concept of division. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a learning media for division materials. This development study was conducted using Design and Development (D&D) methods and 4D (Four D) development models. The model consists of four stages: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. This study was conducted on a limited basis consisting of 5 third graders at Pardomuan Elementary School. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires obtained from research subjects. The data was analyzed in both qualitative and quantitative descriptive ways. According to material experts and media experts, the results of this study show that the development of interactive learning media in distributed materials is good for use, with a percentage of 84% in excellent categories. Meanwhile, the examination results showed that interactive learning media had a percentage of 79% in good categories. The conclusion of this research is that interactive learning media on division material can be used to assist students in understanding the concept of division for 3rd grade elementary school students.
