Abstract: The diagnosis and treatment of tumors often depends on molecular-genetic data. However, rapid and iterative access to molecular data is not currently feasible during surgery, complicating intraoperative diagnosis and precluding measurement of tumor cell burdens at surgical margins to guide resections.
