“…In the work of Chen et al., the immunocomplexes of OTA antigen‐MNPs/mAb‐barcode DNA‐AuNPs can be dissociated by the addition of dithiothreitol; consequently, the disassembled barcode DNAs triggered the CHA reaction, thereby substantially enhancing the signal amplification (Figure 6e) (Chen et al., 2020). A comparable strategy was performed for AFB 1 detection, wherein the dissociated barcode DNA was used to initiate real‐time polymerase chain reaction amplification, resulting in a LOD of 0.01 pg/mL which was 480‐fold lower than that achieved using ELISA (Li, Yang et al., 2022). Instead of only utilizing Apts or Abs as the bioreceptors, the combination of both bioreceptors to prepare a fluorometric oligonucleotide immunoassay would be beneficial to obtain ultrasensitive results (Li, Han et al., 2022).…”

“…To reduce the economic losses and health risks caused by AFB1, simple, rapid, and effective detection methods are a critical part of the process. In recent years, many reported methods have been used for the detection of AFB1 mycotoxins in agricultural products, such as HPLC [ 7 ], LC-MS [ 8 ], colorimetric immunoassay [ 9 ], electrochemistry [ 10 ], chemiluminescence [ 11 ], electrochemiluminescence methods [ 12 ], surface plasmon resonance [ 13 ], surface-enhanced Raman scattering [ 14 ], immuno-PCR [ 15 , 16 ], etc. At the same time, immunological methods with high specificity for antibody-antigen recognition have been developed and applied in various fields due to their excellent performance [ 17 ].…”
