Ultrasonic vibration assisted double disc chemo-magnetorheological finishing of silicon wafer: Experimental investigations and optimization for surface roughness

Abstract: To polish the surface of silicon wafers, the impact of ultrasonic vibration assistance on the double disc chemo-magnetorheological finishing was investigated.
