Abstract:Immune checkpoint inhibitors have demonstrated remarkable efficacy across various cancer types. However, immune‐related adverse events (irAEs) pose a significant challenge in immunotherapy, particularly the associated pneumonia as the primary adverse reaction, which can lead to irreversible pulmonary fibrosis.
