Results: After a median follow-up period of 33 months, biocemical failure occurred in 2 patients. No Grades 3 and 4 complication developed. Conclusions: Although focal salvage brachytherapy is not an established technique, in cases of post EBRT recurrent prostate cancer, it might offer a way of reducing the frequency of toxicities while maintaining similar treatment outcomes compared with whole gland therapy.
